This morning everyone took their much awaited coastal navigation exam, there had been a lot of studying last night, and many were eager to pass. By lunch time everyone had finished, and the great news was that so many passed. It is a difficult exam, and the pass rate never so high as it was today, with 80% of the shipmates passing – an all time record! Again this crew is setting high standards. We then dropped the mooring and motored to Normal Island, on arrival we assembled on the starboard side, and following Boomers instructions all jumped in to refresh and relax! It was a much needed play break after the past couple of days of intense academics! After enjoying a Mexican feast we began our closing program. We enjoyed our last evening together out at sea, chatting, contemplating and laughing about all the fun times.
