The crew was introduced to the culinary delights of runny eggs and Marmite this morning. Fueled by this British treat we motored NE up the leeward coast of Grenada to the Island of Carriacou. Despite our aggressive attempts to catch a worthy sized fish, we only came up with two miniature Mahi, which we released and promised to see again in a couple years when they become big and strong. The anchor was set at 1530 in a beautiful bay with no one around but the tropic birds and pelicans. An OCE class followed and dinner was served at 1800. Following dinner the crew was taught the ins and outs of bouyage and light and sound signals and configurations in MTE class. To wind up the night we celebrated Ryan’s 22nd birthday with a cookie/chocolate cake.
