As the sun rose behind us, we motored away from Langkawi early this morning without a location in mind. Free to anchor wherever we desired, the North side of Pulau Gubang Darat caught our attention. We swam, we fished, we explored. After lunchtime, naps were taken in hammocks hung all around the deck. Finally, dolphins off the stern brought the day to an end. With the island’s steep cliffs and lush vegetation, this is truly paradise.
