Location: Bequia, The Grenadines
This morning we put the sails up and began our journey to Bequia, twenty miles from Mayreau. It was a beautiful sunny day, and the sail took us about five hours. When we had almost arrived, we spotted some caves on the coastline which are rumored to have once housed a cult. We found a mooring ball in the bay upon our arrival, which was pretty lucky because it saves us the trouble of anchoring. It’s very beautiful here. While we were doing our Boat Appreciation, a nice local came over in a tiny one person row boat, and after greeting us, he departed by way of a miniature sail. We then showered before a delicious meal of peanut-y Asian noodles made by Carter and Beaker, and we are about to enjoy a long awaited night out. It has been a good day.
