Location: Spanish Town
The morning began with yummy french toast and a brief down pour. After breakfast, the Open Water divers went on their first open water dive. While, the already certified divers waited onboard for their turn to finally get to dive. After, both groups were finished with their dives we had a speedy lunch and brought up anchor to head to Spanish Town. On the way we put up sails and practiced tacking and jibing and even did a man over board drill. Once we got to Spanish Town we all went ashore to call home and wish our father’s happy father’s day,use the internet, get some candy, and some along awaited ice cream. We had a dinner of garden bacon burgers ( which were actually good) and were told that customs decided to close early for fathers day so we will not be beginning our sail to Nevis until tomorrow morning.
