Watch Argo Transit the Panama Canal

gatun-001_thumbThe crew of Argo is set to transit the Panama Canal starting on Tuesday (Feb 26, 2013) and going through the Gatun Locks between 4PM and 7PM EST. You should be able to see them transit if you surf over to the Gatun Lock webcam by clicking HERE (http://www.pancanal.com/eng/photo/camera-java.html).
After clearing the Gatun Locks, Argo and her crew will spend the night at anchor in Lake Gatun before continuing their transit south and east through Gamboa cut, the Perdro Miguel Locks, the Miraflores Locks and then finally under the Bridge of the Americas and into the Pacific Ocean. It is expected that Argo will appear in view of the webcams on the Pacific side of the Canal some time later tomorrow afternoon (Wed 27, 2013).
