Today was a super exciting day for all of our scuba diving crew mates. After a morning full of classes, they hit the water as open water divers and surfaced as Advanced Open Water Divers. They became masters of buoyancy and free floating in the water column. Pumpkin scones were eaten at breakfast as a pre-celebratory meal for the divers, and a delicious lunch of French baguettes were the post-dive celebratory meal. We were free for the rest of the day to explore, enjoy some authentic cuisine, and relax in some pretty neat cafes. On an island where the diving is good and the food is French, what more could you ask for?
