Fun Preparation Day!
Location: Falmouth, Antigua
We had an awesome day doing things, including passage prep and boat check walkthroughs in preparation for our trip to Nevis tomorrow morning! It was a perfect day today. We also got to learn more about cheffing on board and how to start making our own menus when we were head chef. We went swimming during some downtime in between walkthroughs! We got our phones back this afternoon and contacted family and friends, which was really nice to catch up and tell them all about how the trip was going! We were very glad to contact loved ones but also enjoyed the time away from our phones. It was an amazing opportunity to get to know each other while we all hung out, playing games and bonding. I really enjoyed the time away from my phone and getting to know everyone more and more each day. At the end of the day, we lifted the anchor and learned our watch team groups and specific jobs. We had a great last dinner in Antigua for a little while. We are very excited to set sail bright and early tomorrow!
