Captain / Mate
Drew first discovered sailing when he was 5 years old watching a triathlon on a small lake. Being curious Drew wanted to see the boats and has been enamored with sailing even since. Drew started racing Optis before progressing to 420s culminating in some competitive international racing campaigns across Europe, Australia, and the US.
Drew also has a passion for woodwork and started his professional maritime career by training as a boat builder and then working in boatbuilding and cabinet making. Loving the sea Drew then instructed coasteering and surfing In Cornwall UK. Having worked on land for 2 years Drew was keen to get back on the water and impart his knowledge and passion to future Sea|mester Students.
