Location: Montserrat to Grenada
Passage life is an amazing time to get to know people. Today was interesting taking our first shower on passage. All of us gathered together in a line waiting to get buckets of salt water poured on us. It is actually a bonding moment. Later on, during the night watches on the Caribbean, you start believing you are a little like Jack Sparrow. Passing all the islands and identifying star constellations really makes you feel this surreal excitement of being the only boat in the entire ocean. In addition, nothing beats a good 6-hour sleep after your night watch to be woken up again to watch the sunset rise on the open seas. Here we come Grenada! I hope you are ready for Oceanstar Fall 2014!!!
