Location: Green Island, Antigua
Today was the culmination of the rescue diver training. The students practiced exiting an unconscious diver into a boat or on the shore. All that remains is scenario practice, and they will be full-fledged rescue divers. After lunch, some found time to windsurf or to catch up on schoolwork before we rigged up the notorious “boom swing” for some aerial acrobatics. The evening saw a Marine Biology class on the open ocean: another great day and our last in Green Island.
