Location: Underway to Rarotonga
Today was a day full of excitement. First thing in the morning, as soon as the sun began to rise, our very own student Jack caught a tuna while on his watch team shift. We cooked this glorious fish to have some of the freshest tuna any of us have ever tasted for dinner. We have been on passage for three days now, and everyone is looking forward to there fire hose shower after the heat of the South Pacific. The shower was very refreshing. We then proceeded to look at a sunset over the ocean with no land on sight on any side. After a unique green flash sunset, we were able to witness the stars of the night. It looked as though we where covered in a dome full of bright lights. I personally have never seen so many stars at once before. We are very excited to arrive in the harbor of Rarotonga on Saturday morning!
