Location: Nelsons Dockyard, Antigua
This morning began with a delicious tropical fruity pancake breakfast prepared by Emily and Jess. After that we moved the boat alongside the dock and prepared the boat for some anticipated heavy weather from Tropical Storm Chris. Following this we had a coral reef class in one of the old buildings in Nelsons Dockyard, followed by an MTE class. We then dispersed for lunch ashore and time to walk to Falmouth and explore further. The weather we were expecting from the storm has not shown any signs yet, it has remained peacefully calm and dry all day, but we are prepared just in case. Dinner was delicious Moroccan chicken, and we finished the day off with another oceanography class.
