Could you imagine flushing four times for every bowel movement?! I couldn’t at first, but it’s the path to manhood and a master of piracy. The day was good, and it began at 7, with me as the skipper. I had class and was learning scuba for what felt like hours. We learned some pretty good knots while the certified people went scuba diving. Notably, Emily excelled, and Mathilda taught me many European capitals, and we had a good time conversing in Afrikaans. The food was spot on and consisted of very bold and exciting flavors. Per usual, we washed it down with water. We swam around in the ocean and enjoyed taking outdoor showers.
While I was in class, scuba diving continued for all of the qualified lads and lasses. They found a nice reef, but while they were swimming around, I was learning the fundamentals in class to ensure a smooth dive in the future. One of the responsibilities of being skipper is asking a question of your choice. I went simple and asked everyone about their favorite animated movie. Notably, I liked it when Captain mentioned his liking of WALL-E. All in all, it was a very nice day, with many more to come.
Love, Spencer 🙂
