Today was another great day of passage. We cruised along with four sails up and enjoyed easy watches. After oceanography and seamanship class, many people took bucket showers. The seas were calm up until 9 p.m. when a large squall hit. Visibility became only 20 or 30 yards as Argo crashed through the waves. It was very exhilarating with the non-stop lightning and howling wind. Argo even got up to her fastest speed, 12 knots. It was a great day with great sailing.
