Location: Gorda Sound, British Virgin Islands
Today, we woke up and had a gourmet breakfast of cereal and yogurt. After morning chores, we had our first real class on oceanography. Then we all went snorkeling at Biras Creek and observed what lives in and around the mangroves. After a BLT lunch, the open water divers finished up their confined water training, and the advanced divers got their dinghy permits. We all relaxed on deck until dinner, which was a spicy chili a la Dan, and after dinner clean up, we had an exciting evening that consisted of a 1st aid and CPR class and homework.
