Ahoy,
An early morning departure marked the beginning of Argo’s first-ever spring break. As we sleepily shuffled into buses, we quickly made our way to the ferry. Our destination is a lodge in Rio Cangrejal Park. Upon arrival, we were happily greeted and shown our new living quarters, tents that were, to no surprise, larger than our cabins aboard. After taking a refreshing splash in the river, we gathered together for lunch. The food, a local dish containing chicken and rice, was phenomenal. Our appetites now satiated, and we made our way through the rainforest for a hike and tour. As if our day could not be any more complete, we enjoyed a beer accompanying supper before heading to sleep.
