Location: Port Elizabeth, Bequia
After our night doing anchor watch all night, we headed into Bequia to see some turtles. We took Fat Man Taxi to the turtle sanctuary, and on the way, there was a magnificent view of the Bequia shoreline. At the sanctuary, there were hawksbill turtles and one green turtle. Unfortunately, we were unable to touch the turtles for their safety. Not only were there turtles at the sanctuary, but roosters, goats, adorable dogs, and a bull as well. For the rest of the day, we had the day off. Luckily, we got a great deal on lobster, so we made lobster mac and cheese for dinner, and then we got the night out in Bequia!
