Today was awesome! I woke up to a beautiful sunny morning on the Indian Ocean. I had watch from 12 to 2, and I sat on the bow for most of my watch. Having calm seas has been great. Unfortunately, the wind has been a little on the light side. We had a delicious lunch made by Carolyn, Kris, and Morella. We had black bean burgers and spring rolls. After lunch, we had Marine Biology, which we had a test. After Marine Biology, we had PSCT, which is the professional Master of Yachts class. We began our Maritime law section. After class, we had our crazy shower time. This is one of my favorite parts of the day because sometimes our showers end up being a little challenging. When you are heeled over and trying to shower, it makes things a little more interesting. After our chaotic showers, there was a boat wide naptime. I woke up and went up on deck, where we saw a whale! It was pretty far away, but it was the first time I had ever seen a whale in the wild. For dinner, our wonderful chefs made chicken with potatoes and carrots. I loved it! For my squeeze question, I asked everyone to say something you like about the person to your right. I think it made everyone happy to hear positive things about each other. I know that I felt happy to hear that I was doing a good job from Nick. Sometimes we forget how awesome everyone is and how fortunate we are to be here. I am extremely happy to be a part of this weird and great Argo family!
