Location: Falmouth Harbor, Antigua
Today, we started by moving Ocean Star to fuel up, then we dinghied to shore to go dinghy sailing! Gabe taught us the beginnings of sailing beforehand, but it was definitely hard to get familiar with it. It was so fun watching everyone capsize and try to figure out how to actually go where they wanted. Alyssa and I named our dinghy Sandra, and the others were Lola, LeeMack, Sailing Flamingos, Concussion, Shooting Star, and the Adventure.
After that, we headed back on board to move from Nelsons Dockyard to Falmouth Harbor. It was our first time experiencing waves, so it was really exciting, especially for the chefs in the galley who had to make dinner while we were moving. Once we got there, we helped a couple of Henrys disembark then ended the night with an ocean shower in the dark!
