After counting down from months to weeks to days, it's finally here- the start of the summer program! The staff on board Argo has been working tirelessly for the past few weeks to get Argo ready for this new group of students. With shining cap rails, made-up bunks, and a sparkling galley, we were so excited for our first arrivals at noon on the dot! Students found their bunks, explored their new homes, and got to know each other for the afternoon. We had delicious chicken and pesto pasta for dinner (thanks, Gabe, Sammy, and Will!). After our first squeeze, we introduced clean-up and went over some information that would help everyone get through the first night. We are so excited for our first full day on Argo and getting our last student tomorrow! Just wanted to let all the parents and loved ones know that spirits and vibes are high and everyone is doing well!
