Welcome back to the lovely Vela blog! Today we had a lovely day, starting bright and early for everyone, as we had watch last night! We have a quick 20 hour overnight passage from St. Lucia to Les Saintes last night, starting off with an insane sunset (photos attached). After a good night of watch, with Erin helming for 6 hours straight (!), we pulled into Les Saintes, and can I say it is as good as I remember it. Such a beautiful spot. We then had a very productive day of BA (boat appreciation), making sure Vela gets some TLC after she has done so much for us. We then relaxed for a few hours and had dinner... rainbow pancakes for Easter by our lovely Perry! Now we are cleaning up and gearing up for a relaxing evening, full of much needed rest.
