Hey, hey, it's messy BA where we take things out just to put them away!! After we finished breakfast, we established 4 set teams - 1. deck, 2.galley/salon, 3. accommodation/heads, 4. inventory. Once everyone knew where they were going, we broke away and got to work. Down below, everything came out of the bilges(a lot more can fit in these small spaces than you think). At this point, it was an obstacle course, and we had to do parkour from the heads to the salon and galley area. Hananh Y. and I did a good sweep and scrub of the accommodations bilge, and Henry and Camilla did the same with the salon and galley bilge. Everyone was super speedy and very efficient, and at lunchtime, everyone was at the point to start to put everything back nice and neat in the bilges. Lunch was amazing, and Kyler stepped in for Mac and cooked a chicken corn soup with rice on the side. It was a much-needed rest time. After we feasted, it was time to get back to work. Emma and Vittoria were making great progress with cleaning below the bottom bunks and recording everything we had left. Kyler eventually joined them and got them distracted by getting stuck between Grant's bunk and the cubbies. Besides that small interruption, everyone prevailed. We actually got done with everything we needed and were able to clean all gummy suits and type 1 PFDs. By this point, everyone started to take showers as we waited for dinner. To end this busy but amazing day, Erin gave us the amazing news that fresh chocolate cookies were ready for us once we were done with clean up!!!
