What’s up, guys? Welcome back to another blog by me. Today, I forgot I was skipper. Luckily, Tessa woke me up at 6:57 am to remind me of my duties. Thanks to her, I was able to play Party Rock Anthem right on time to start the day. Breakfast today was blueberry muffins and breakfast burritos made by Emi and Julia. Following breakfast, we had to move to where we were anchored. While Tom, Nat, and Zoe did their jobs driving the boat, Tessa, Emi, Francesca, Sofia, Julia, Lusi, Sam, Megan, and I sat on the bow of the boat and got soaking wet with every wave. It was very fun. When we finished anchoring in English Harbor, we jumped into the clear blue water. Lusi taught some of us how to dive backward, which I was tragically not very good at. For lunch today, we had chicken salad wraps and salad. This is my favorite lunch in rotation. Following that, we went zesting in the harbor. Basically, zesting is driving a mini sailboat.

Tessa and I were in a boat together and were the only group not to capsize. Sam and Julia magically got stuck in the sand, against all odds. Nat and Megan also ended up in the bushes due to Megan’s expert helming skills. We went straight from zesting to Shirley Heights. The whole group got a dance-filled night out. Megan and Haley absolutely tore up the dance floor doing the worm right after several others made a rowboat across the crowd. We surprised Tom and Nat by ambushing them and dragging them to the dance floor, where Gabe also joined to show us his crazy dance/miming moves. We ended the night with an ocean shower with bioluminescence and some late-night snacks. Overall, the night was incredibly fun and a satisfying goodbye party for everyone.
