Here We Go!

Location: West End

Day 1 is almost over, and it has been quite a day! We currently have 8 out of the ten shipmates aboard Ocean Star, which is very exciting! Many people started traveling early this morning, and some even started traveling last night. We come from Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Oregon, and even Venezuela. Once the majority of the shipmates were settled in their rooms, we were able to walk around and browse the port, which includes Pusser's, a delicious eatery. We reconvened at 6:30 p.m., where we ate Pusser's pizza and introduced ourselves. Once we cleaned up dinner, we played cards and relaxed for the rest of the night. It was a great first day, and we were still waiting for two shipmates to arrive. I am very excited about the trip to get started!
