Mate
Charlie considers himself a citizen of the world, having lived in the mountains of New Zealand and on the volcanic shores of the Galapagos Islands. Travel has always been a part of his life, and he is excited to continue exploring with Sea|mester. Charlie first joined Sea|mester as a student aboard STV Vela from Antigua to Tahiti, where he found a passion for working on the water and exploring our oceans. Following this life-changing experience, Charlie joined a 49-meter classic gaff-rigged schooner in the Pacific Northwest, sailing in the beautiful San Juan Islands and bringing incredible experiences to everyone aboard. Continuing in the world of classic yachts, Charlie delivered MV Westward from Seattle to La Paz, Mexico, further solidifying his path on the water. Charlie has recently completed his RYA Yachtmaster in the UK and is ecstatic to rejoin Sea|mester as Mate.
When not on the water, you can find Charlie rock climbing, backcountry hiking, or reading a good book.
