Captain
Tomer is passionate about helping others to grow: directly through training, coaching, and mentoring; and indirectly by laying out an ecosystem that allows everybody to be at their best. Before joining Sea|mester, he helped shape the corporate culture of large organizations and taught International Business at the University for Applied Sciences in Business Administration, Zurich. He nurtured his love of the ocean as a yacht skipper in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Pacific and Indian oceans. He also loves cooking, playing hand-pan, and chess. Living on the north shore of Lake Lucerne, Switzerland, he can be caught snowboarding in the morning and sailing his little boat on the lake in the afternoon of a sunny spring day. In 2023 he followed his dream and the irresistible call of the ocean and joined Sea|mester as Captain.
