This morning, those who wanted to wake up at 4:30 am (to be on deck at 5 am for breakfast) hiked up the Piton, the mountain that towered over our anchorage and was screaming to concur. The hike was amazing for two main reasons. The first being that it was more of a climb than a hike because the mountain was so steep that lines were needed to get to the summit safely, and the second being that the view from the summit was incredible. Once all the hikers made it back to sea level in one piece, we set off for Marigot Bay. Upon arrival, we had our second Marine Biology exam and a discussion about Artificial Reefs. After dinner, we had a night out in Marigot Bay and then went straight to bed after the action-packed day.
