Location: Rinca Island, Komodo, Indonesia

Today was a great day, Id say. We went underway to Komodo for four hours and had class. Next thing you knew, we had arrived. It was very dry, and there were some cool super yachts that caught our attention. It was nice finally being able to take an ocean shower in clean water. We had lots of free time, and I had a chance to socialize, eat dragonfruit, practice NavMaster, and do laundry. Austin is quite the knucklehead, and he hung his hammock in a super weird spot under the martingale. We jumped off the boat a lot and even saw a dragon from afar. Once dinner came, Sidney prepared a real treat for us: Thanksgiving dinner. She even yielded two desserts! It was likely one of the best meals ever. Sidney poured her heart out into this meal. One thing I hate with passion is when people put no passion into their meal days.

For example, Lunch: pita, hummus, uncooked carrots, dinner: pasta and red sauce (NO DESSERT). For my nightly squeeze question, I tasked everyone with impersonating the person to their left as well as sharing their favorite memory with them. It was a humorous night, and even my esteemed friend William Wallace Cunningham III bestowed the fact upon me that tonights squeeze was among the best hed ever experienced. For my impersonation, I re-enacted our captain, Tomer, sweating the jib halyard, exclaiming the words, Come on, BABY! Other notable impersonations were Austins impersonation of Will giving a boat check while inadvertently flash-banging everyone in the cockpit with the floodlight, Sidney recounting Iains seemingly always perfect posture and composure with his ability to somehow master every task he undertakes, and Gabes impression of Lainey and her unwavering commitment to get the staff involved in our nightly anchor watch yelling the words, WHY DONT THE STAFF DO BOAT CHECKS?!?!? To end squeeze, I held a thumb war tournament in which the loser of each match had to cheer on the person they lost to. It was a good idea in theory, but we never really got to the end of the tournament with how long some of the matches took. Anyways, guys, THE end, my last night being skipper, love u all.
