Location: Passage to Grenada
Today was the estimated arrival day to Grenada, however, unfavourable winds at times extended the passage an extra day. As a member of watch team 3 (our moto = “we save lives” – three words, one per number), I held it down during the late night watch, completing boat checks and putting the finishing touches to the baggy wrinkles. Moral is high, there is no sigh of pirates! Kevins personal flotation device (PFD) was spontaneously and quite humorously inflated by a freak wave splashing over the bow. It was another good day of sailing aboard Ocean Star.
