Another amazing day on Ocean Star, we had our first birthday on board and had a packed day. The day started with Oli, CJ, and Zoe whipping up some tasty crepes. Then, the other non-certified divers and I got ready for our last two open water dives before becoming officially certified. Already certified divers swam to the beach and then helped Gabe put up the new sail, while Aiden went off to get all of our provisions for the next 5 days, and was missed on board! During our second dive for the soon-to-be-certified divers, Zoe taught me, Dom, and Marie how to do cool tricks in the water, followed by some games of tic-tac-toe and rock, paper, scissors. Once we completed our two dives, we got back on board and enjoyed a delicious lunch. After lunch, we had Oceanography Class with Ignacio, at the mermaid tide pools, where we got to see a ton of different creatures. After a fun class out at the tide pools, we made our way back and quickly got ready as we were off to Shirley Heights for our first sign-out night and dinner. We hiked up to Shirley Heights and saw the wonderful views of where we have been living the past few days. During dinner, everyone had lots of fun with good music and food, lots of dancing, and memories made! Once back on board, everyone started getting ready for bed and either read or journaled. We cant wait to see what tomorrow brings! Goodnight!

To my family, I love and miss you all, and hope youre having fun with all of your adventures too!
