Location: Savannah Bay
David and I awoke at 5:00 and climbed to the top of the crow’s nest for our first sunrise of the trip. What a view! Breakfast was delicious but quick, as we were excited and ready to get moving again. At 8:00, we dropped mooring with the hope of a fair wind. We were a little bummed when the wind didn’t allow for sailing. We dropped anchor in Savannah Bay at 11:00. During lunch, we enjoyed some light rain, and our SCUBA class got in the water for some training in the afternoon while others hiked the island. Dinner was awesome, and we finished off the day by preparing the ship for departure tomorrow morning. I am stoked about sailing tomorrow, as is the rest of the crew.
