With assurances from Joe and Tyler that 6.00am was in fact the right time to wake everyone up for a 6:15 sail, I started the day a tad early. Alls well that ends well however, and we arrived in Martinique a little ahead of schedule. It rained off and on all day, and with no class we studied down in the salon or fo’c’sle for our Oceanography exam. After a great dinner of quiche we took the exam, which was interrupted by a quick re-anchoring of Ocean Star to ensure we had plenty of room to swing in some strange currents and wind. Anchor watch followed for the rest of the night.
