One of the best parts about Seamester is that each day is so different from the last. We lack boring days, and it’s a very welcome absence. We awoke to the blue skies of a bright day. Lisette led our communication class on listening, which included an activity having the group count. One number per person at a time to 50, all with our eyes closed. We then traveled to St George, some shopping, emailing friends, and enjoying lunch onshore. After many days at sea, the shore is overwhelming now. We long to get back to the peace and calm of the boat. We got back, and after a little laundry fiasco, we had dinner. We finished this evening with a meeting about working together to run this program successfully. The days certainly wear you out, but they are worthy.
