Hey everyone! I hope you are all doing well. This is gonna be my last blog. Tonight was our farewell dinner. We went to Trappas. The food was delish. Today was day 79, and we started to wrap things up. We started the day eating some yummy breaky of cinnamon rolls. Sammy has perfected them through the past few months. They were so good. After that, we went into our last tidy of the boat. Cleaning our bunks, finishing packing (or starting, depending on who you ask). We then got in a final swim together and had our last motor of the semester to our finishing place.

Right where it all began, Slipway Harbor, Antigua. I finally got my photos on the helm, and we had a yummy lunch of quesadillas and tomato soup while we were moving. Our last passage meal. That has been a staple. We broke into groups to do our final deck wash and floor scrub down below. We finished up our cards and then got ready to go out to dinner. It was a very fun night where everyone was just spending time together. It was bittersweet. Our last big meal together. We did a final squeeze before dinner. We cried, sharing some of our favorite moments and fears before coming on the trip. There were too many great moments to share. If we had shared them all, we wouldnt have made it to dinner. We all came together as eight people who didnt know each other. We are now so much like siblings. I wouldnt change anything about this trip. It was life-changing; it has reinspired me to explore. As Drew would say Adventure waits for no one. That is my favorite quote and one to live by now. Tomorrow, we say our goodbyes but we will be connected in a way forever from this trip. I wish all the best at home for everyone see you guys soon.
