Don’t worry, lovely readers at home, we haven’t quite gone crazy (yet). We just love the gift horse! Just imagine, you are waiting for a gift on your birthday, and all of a sudden, a gift horse walks out. Wow! What an amazing gift it would be (unless you’re Adda). Anyways, to sum up this section of the blog: gift horse!
In other news, we are underway to Richard’s Bay, South Africa! Everyone is super excited for this passage, ready for South Africa, and hoping to see Madagascar as we pass by. We are expecting some exciting swells and weather this passage, with the swell over the next day expected to peak at 4 meters! As Mac said, it is not something to fear but something to respect. I personally am excited to experience it, and am already bracing myself against the charthouse table while writing this blog. It is crazy to think that there are under 30 days left in the program – it feels like we were in Bali only a week ago and months ago at the same time. Now we are heading to our last country of the program – crazy! Anyways, we love and miss you all dearly at home and can’t wait to catch up once we reach land again!
