As we pass from the Mediterranean to the Atlantic, Argo’s crew become members of the Order of the Rock, a traditional merit given only to those who pass safely through the Straits of Gibraltar. Today was also a day of firsts: not only did we get to know our new watch teams, but we raised our new sails for the first time as well. As one of the people manning the halyard, I can definitively say that it did not set easily! In summation, we say goodbye to the Mediterranean and Europe as we sail for Morocco and the open ocean.
