We started our day off right with an early morning MTE class, shortly followed by our last day on the beautiful island of Bequia. We walked around and said our final goodbyes to the little town and to a cafe many of us had become particularly fond of. We returned to the boat for dinner and oceanography presentations. However our day did not end there. During the day the shipmates had decided that instead of leaving for the 10 hour passage to St. Lucia tomorrow we should leave tonight. With help from the staff and some final preparations, we raised anchor for St. Lucia at midnight, under a beautiful starlit sky.
