Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda, BVI
Today, we were melodically awoken by Norah Jones to find out that we had pancakes for breakfast! We all hastily ran upstairs to get them while they were hot. After, the beginner divers finessed their skills with two final open water dives with Kris and Tor. All we have left is our final Exam then we are certified! Once they returned, we all practiced raising our sixth and final sail on the boat called the Fisherman. We performed extensive practice tacking and jibbing until we all felt comfortable with the new lines. We then had a quick break to catch up on reading, practice our knots, and then have some swim time. Our head chef, Tor, and Sous Chef, Dave, cooked our amazing dinner of veggie burgers, pasta salad, and iced tea. We concluded our day with an Oceanography class with Ms. Ivy. We are all looking forward to our passage to Mountain Point tomorrow.
