Today, we had an awesome breakfast of chocolate chip pancakes smothered in chocolate sauce…. a nice, healthy way to start the day. We had Marine Biology class and then had the option to go to shore or stay on board. The island is awesome, with very cool shops and great food. Everybody who has been here before has raved about the ice cream, but the shop was closed, so we will have to wait to try it out till tomorrow. After our showers, we had a great dinner, ‘Donkers Mystery Meat,’ and ended the evening with the dissection of 2 Horse-Eyed Jacks.
