The crew of Ocean Star woke up a bit early today in order to be ashore and ready at 8am for a trip into the interior of Grenada. A local named Zebra provided transport up into the lush rainforest by way of St. George. The crew hiked into the the bush with a local rasta guide named Cliffon who was more than enthusiastic to share his beautiful waterfall with us. After a swim in the refreshing water the crew loaded up with Zebra for a little sight seeing and then a return to Ocean Star. The night ended with a chemical Oceanography class and then the crew headed down to finish an assignment that is due at 0800 sharp tomorrow. Excellent day, life is good aboard Ocean Star.
