It’s been another blazing hot but awesome day. Although for being in supposedly some of the most shark and pirate-infested waters, I have yet to see either Last night was a busy one for bow watch- ships were flying past us from every direction! Unfortunately, this also means lots of radioactivity. I say unfortunately because 99.9% of what comes over the airwaves is completely useless and annoying noise and chatter. These seamen are like little bratty kids with walkie-talkies! Ah well, there are worse things to deal with in life, I suppose. OCE students finished up giving presentations on everything from sea turtles to red tides. Our reward: midterm tomorrow, which meant studying the rest of the day. We closed out the day with a relaxing curry supper cheffed up by Eliot and Abbey.
