I started off my day with a watch from 8 am to 12 pm, which consisted of music and fishing for about 3 hours, but I caught nothing. Charlie and I practiced our knots during watch, and I learned how to tie a bowline knot. I also listened to Charlie complain about how he hates his pajamas that I bought him, and he doesn’t even use my mug. For lunch, Meg cooked some fire penne, and then we had Oceanography and Seamanship, which felt ike forever. Teagan said that fish’s eyesight and hearing are getting worse because of the acidity in the ocean water. We saw pilot whales afterward, we ate snacks, and talked in the cockpit. Ben and Oscar were trashmasters today, and both managed to cut themselves at different times. Both needed Peppa Pig Band-Aids, and Shane made it better. I asked Maria to braid my hair, which was the highlight of my day. Then we had chili for dinner and finally anchored in Almerimar.
