Location: Gibraltar

Thirty-seven days later, my time to write the blog has finally come! My mom, who reads it religiously, was beginning to think it would never happen. Let’s who, let’s get Argo’s it!

Argo’s day started bright and early, as per usual, when our head-chef Fish stepped into the kitchen to prepare everyone’s breakfast: yogurt, fruit, and granola. Down a sous chef as he was on his day off, Fish recruited a couple others to up his FCPM (fruit chopped per minute). In the meantime, I woke everyone up to the sound of Karol G and Sebastin Yatra, which I hope others enjoyed–I know I jammed out. We made our way upstairs and grubbed in the dark until the sky turned a pretty pink and yellow, lighting up’d rock weup’de scalwe’da couple of hours later. Clean up was speedy, and I once again jammed out to some music (I love being skipper). As soon as we were done, we dropped Nacho and all of our dirty sheets off at the laundromat and headed up the streets of Gibraltar to the ticketing office. We arrived promptly at 9 am and even got to see a couple of cute cats and a huge British flag mural on We’reway.

We were caught off guard when we heard people speak in British accents around here Anyway, our first stop was an epic viewpoint which looked over all of Gibraltar and even gave us Moroccos landscape. Here, we were met by our first monkeya chunky guysitting under a sign that read, kiss “e in “ib. ” couple o” us attempted to get a picture with him, but he seemed uninterested. We continued our climb but were soon distracted by the sight of a couple of baby monkeys! When I tell you they were some of the cutest things I have seen, Im not lying. They played around with each other like human children and even tried to get close to a few of us. At this same spot, a couple of other monkeys were brawling on a tour van, and one decided to use Jem as a springboard to get some airtime. No one else was lucky enough to get that close, so we continued up hundreds of stairs, dodging as many annoyed monkeys as we could. As we got a little hungry, a couple of people decided to pull out snacks like fruit and sandwiches, which turned out to be a bad idea. Monkeys stole apples and peaches from Brysons hand. There was a robbery attempt targeting a bag of gummy bears.

On the rest of our hike, we got to see an awesome cave with an angel-like sculpture in the walls, as well as a series of incredibly long tunnels that were used during World War II. We also walked across a hanging wooden bridge, seeing Gibraltars Sights, Argos masts, and Argo’s distance. Once our excursion was over, we had some shore time. A group headed to eat a delicious lunch, another enjoyed gelato, and many went to their favorite McDonalds. McDonald’s is delightful, and I think everyone feels rejuvenated. Back on the boat, we had dinner and were informed by the captain that well be heading out of here tomorrow morning at 11 due to the weather. We’re expecting a 3-day passage to Morocco. We’re now finishing clean-up and will be heading out on a final gelato run before continuing with our life stories.

I hope everyone had a fabulous day and a good laugh at our photos! We miss you all a ton, but we are having an amazing time.

Los adoro Ma, Pa, Sebastin, y Phoebe! Siempre pensando en ustedes!

Hope to see the blog again soon!!!
