Location: Underway to Dominica
Today was a rather nice day on Argo. I got lucky with the water heater being on, had generally good watches, and had plenty of free time! Beyond just my day, everyone else had fun too. Nick, Teagan, Hailey, Cameron, and Nacho all worked together to perform a surgical repair on the forward bulkhead door — we fixed it!. I did not realize just how intricate a door could be. We were introduced to Argos original guest book, which was made the same year this ship was built, 2006. I was surprised that the book had survived for that long in the condition that it still remains in.
I look forward to leafing through the different pages of past students.
In the evening, I read a book while Liv and Shane both serenaded us with their ukulele and guitar during the wonderful sunset. Snacks have been starting to dwindle as we near the end of the crossing. I myself had my last cola the night before, and have completely run out of snacks. I am very excited about the boiling lakes hike. I also cannot wait to download more books, as I am on my last one. Still havent gone stir-crazy, though!
