Location: Palau

Today was a super exciting day of amazing sail handling and great team building. When you live and work on a boat, not everything always goes to plan, and as the students found out today, we had to turn around and sail back to Palau for a maintenance fix! Thankfully, we were not too far away and arrived around noon and sailed onto the anchor, which was a really cool experience that not many people can say that they have done!
We were able to get a part we needed from the shop and are in the process of putting things back together and hopefully leave here in a few hours and get down to Raja Ampat! I got to fly my drone today in Palau and see the awesome sunset and also got some great shots of Argo sailing under full sail! This extra time we have on passage now is a great time to use to fit in a lot of class time, so the students had leadership class today, and the new students started Navmaster. Everyone is currently enjoying their extra sleep and extra time to ocean shower and get ready for our sail to Raja.
Wishing everyone the best!
