It was the second day underway, and we were still just getting our sea legs. We had nautical science class and leadership class today. In leadership class, we took a leadership style assessment where students were separated into four categories: Yellow, Green, Blue, and Red. Where the Yellow team leadership style is very good at initiating actions, the Red team is good at thinking logically, the Blue team is good at thinking of the big ideas, and the Green team is good at creating relationship with followers. Overall, we are persevering and, as of right now, conquering the seas.
