Location: Tobago Cays
Since we had loads of free time today, most of us spent the day relaxing or catching up on sleep. Half of us (including Jack) began the day with a dive at 6:43 am to complete the navigation portion of the advanced diving certification. Some of us were successful in the compass usage, while others struggled slightly. Afterward, we had a short Marine Biology lecture, followed by a lab that involved Skittles. Most of us slept or worked on homework before lunch while the rain was dumping and the wind was howling. Once the sun came out, people went to an island close by to catch some rays, but I slept and pestered Katherine. Showers were glorious, and dinner was scrumptious. Now it’s time for Eric to teach us about seamanship.
