Location: Bogota
15 days ago, I had to take one of the most difficult decisions of my life: leave Argo earlier than expected. I live in Colombia, and the government decided to close the borders 14 days ago, so I had no choice other than coming back. Five days later, the program closed, and now we are all at home. I think I speak for everyone when I say that our trip to Argo was the most challenging and amazing experience of our lives. Personally, this trip was my life-long dream, and it changed me in a way that is difficult to describe. And even if we are all far away in the distance, I feel like our squeeze sessions every night, let us remember all the things we learned about each other and ourselves. In fact, the quarantine and the social isolation we are all experiencing at home have left us in a weird limbo between our regular lives and Argo’s life. I feel like the experience is not totally over yet, and I hope its going to last for some time because Im not ready to totally say goodbye to Argo yet.
