Location: English Harbour, Antigua
Today was a welcomed simple but nice affair at our beautiful mooring. Our only scheduled activity was an oceanography class on the physics of our oceans, and ocean circulation patters. After than some shipmates ventured back to the capital, St John, and others hung around the harbor. Several passers-by snapped photographs of Ocean Star and chatted with us about the program. It was a reminder of how unique our adventure is compared to ‘normal’ lives. Some explored the old fort or worked diligently on our Rescue Diver knowledge reviews. Jon and our all star chef Sarah, with helped by yours truly, whipped together some home-made mac’n’cheese for dinner. Some days aren’t as packed as others, but each is enjoyed all the same.
